Welcome to the Department
of Central Management Services (CMS) E-Pay System. This site was developed by
the Treasurer's Office and CMS to provide a quick and convenient way for
members of the State Employees Group Insurance Program to pay premiums.
Do not submit a payment prior to
receiving your billing statement as it may be returned. If you are paying for a Leave of Absence
period, or are an Annuitant, Survivor or ARCP member, click the Leave of Absence
link below to make your payment.
E-Pay is simple and
convenient - just have your debit/credit card and your billing statement available,
then click the link below to open the secure premium payment page. A
nonrefundable convenience fee of $4.95 will be applied. The fee is charged and
collected by the payment processor, not by CMS or the Treasurer's Office.
If you have returned to
work following a Leave of Absence, contact the Premium Collection Unit to
confirm the amount due by calling (217) 558-4783 or 1-800-442-1300, during our
office hours Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:00 CST.
