payment options to our students and customers, this site has been developed
through a link with the Illinois Funds E-Pay Program.
To view the detail of your
tuition and fee charges at SWIC, you may click on STORM Services and follow the path to your student Account
Statement. Remember, the first time that
you access your STORM student information, you will be required to enter your
student ID, SSN and date of birth.

e-mail confirmation will be sent to you upon completion of your transaction,
therefore an e-mail address is required to process payments. Any financial hold may be released once your
payment is posted and your account is paid-in-full. For any questions pertaining to this process

and follow the prompts.
Note: For Rush transcript
requests, obtain your payment confirmation/authorization code from the
confirmation e-mail you receive and include this code on the Transcript Request
Form which is available on the SWIC website as a download or via STORM
Services. Contact the SWIC Records
