Welcome from Library Director Timothy Jarzemsky

Bloomingdale Public Library

The Bloomingdale Public Library has partnered with the Illinois E-Pay program to provide you with a secure convenient and easy way to make online payment of fines and fees.

Please remember that you can prevent overdue charges by renewing materials by phone or online.  To see what you have checked out or to renew materials, review my account.  When the Library is closed, you may return your materials to book drops located in the front of the library.

To check your library balance, review my account.

Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the fines/fees at the bottom of the page.
  2. Complete the online form with all the requested information.
  3. You will receive a confirmation number by e-mail once your transaction is complete.  Print this form for your records and bring it with you the next time you come to the Library.
  4. Allow 2 business days for your account to be updated and fines to be cleared from your account.  If you are paying fees so you can check out today, complete your e-payment, and then bring the printed receipt to the Circulation Desk as proof of payment, so your account can be credited right away.

Thank you for your payment!
