Welcome to the Bureau County Circuit Clerk's Office E-Pay web site. This service is designed to make the payment of your "No Court Appearance Required" traffic citation or "Court Ordered Payment Plan" as simple and convenient as possible. You can use your MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card (credit debit card with the aforementioned logo), to save yourself an unnecessary trip to the courthouse and avoid lost time from work.

If you are paying a "No Court Appearance Required" traffic ticket you must sign and send the original Plea of Guilty to the Circuit Clerk's Office within 3 days after this transaction. We will accept the signed original Plea of Guilty through the mail. Please allow 5-7 days for the mailed form to arrive in our office. Faxed forms will not be accepted. Your transaction will not be considered complete until the original form is received.

  • Payment processing takes 3 days to complete. Please make sure that you allow ample time for your transaction to be processed and your Plea of Guilty form to arrive in our office.
  • There is a convenience fee charged for using this system. The fee is not charged or collected by Bureau County Circuit Clerk.
